ITL was founded in 2005 by Jimmy Gaston and Thomas Rader Jr. (They still works at the VA). Our first facility opened in Los Angeles on August of that same year. We opened our Palmdale, CA facility in 2009. ITL had a set-back in 2010. We are now on track to open another Los Angeles facility in the coming year 2014.
"Let us not seek the Republican answer or the Democratic answer, but the right answer."
John F. Kennedy
"The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy."
Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Born in rural Alabama, Horace moved to the north to escape the Jim Crow practices and prejudice of the south. There Horace learned early the ways of the streets. After years of running afoul of the law, he was offered the opportunity to join the U.S. Armed Forces. In the service, Horace learned the values of hard work, perseverance, and teamwork. He graduated at the top of his tech school class and went on to earn associate's, bachelor's, and master's degree. Horace then spent the next two decades working and volunteering for a variety of charitable causes. Today, Horace serves as a voice in support of our homeless Veterans. A voice that echoes your concerns.
